The Platinum Promise

Extra peace of mind for every customer: our work is guaranteed for three years and backed by the Platinum Promise for up to six years and £25,000 per installation.

Quality you deserve, dependability you can count on

We know how important it is to feel confident in the electrical work carried out in your home or business. That's why choosing a registered electrical contractor matters — and why every Synergy Electrical job comes with layered protection.

Our three-year workmanship guarantee

All the electrical work and installations we complete are covered by our own three-year workmanship promise. If you have a problem with our installation within that period, we'll come back and put it right.

How the Platinum Promise works

  • If work is found not to comply with the Building Regulations or relevant installation standards, the contractor will be instructed to return and bring it up to standard.
  • If the contractor is no longer in business or disputes the matter, the work will be rectified by another registered contractor at no extra cost to you.
  • Cover lasts for up to six years from completion of the original work.
  • Cover applies up to a maximum of £25,000 for any one installation.

For full details and terms, see the registration scheme's website at niceic.com.
